JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for administration of the producer compliance and commission payment, ownership of system and monitoring of licensure and quoting activity of sales personnel.  Collecting and processing producer appointment paperwork, facilitate set-up and ongoing maintenance of system agreement, and issuing producer commission payments based upon premium receipt. 

This role is based in Pittsburgh, PA

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure commission payments are issued accurately and timely.    
  • Coordinate renewal of producer’s appointments with sales personnel
  • Monitor expiration of producer’s licenses and appointments 
  • Process internal license applications and monitor that license to ensure they remain active.
  • Run various reports
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
