GENERAL OVERVIEW
Manages and controls the storeroom. Plans and executes the acquisition of the replacement parts, returns, exchanges, repairs and loaners.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains the storeroom to take advantage of new usage patterns, replacement of products, and updates the additions and deletions to the inventory. (20%)
- Order replacement supplies as needed as well as process orders, requisitions and invoices in a timely manner for depot repairs, part, return and loaners. (50%)
- Establishes and maintains a storeroom system while tracking transactions and keeping accurate records (20%)
- Provides inventory control and clerical support to the department as needed. (10%)
- Performs other duties as assigned or required
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum
- 4 years experience in Supply Management or related experience.
- Minimum of 2 years computer experience required.
Preferred
- Associate's Degree preferred.
