GENERAL OVERVIEW:
The director of Physician Organization Analytics will lead the strategic development and delivery of comprehensive, accurate, and timely physician organization reporting packages. This pivotal role is responsible for establishing a "single source of truth" for key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational insights, empowering physician leaders to make data-driven, real-time decisions with unwavering trust in the underlying data. The Director will drive the alignment of reporting to Epic and industry-standard definitions, ensuring consistency and credibility. A critical aspect of this role involves close partnership with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders to validate data accuracy and relevance. This leader will oversee physician organization operational benchmarking, patient access reporting and analytics, and provide data and analytic support to the physician organization leadership team.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform management responsibilities to include, but not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity. Plan, organize, staff, and manage the day-to-day operations of the team; develop and implement policies and programs as necessary; manage to assigned budgets. (20%)
Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for physician organization operational analytics, aligning with organizational goals and physician leadership priorities. (10%)
Establish and maintain a "single source of truth" for KPIs and operational metrics, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting. (10%)
Lead the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive, accurate, and timely reporting packages, interactive dashboards, and visualizations for various stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Epic and industry standards. (10%)
Drive a data-driven culture by collaborating with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders to understand analytical needs, facilitate discussions, and effectively communicate complex analytical findings to physician leaders. (10%)
Oversee data governance, quality assurance, and optimization of data pipelines in collaboration with IT, ensuring accessibility and accuracy of physician organization operational data. (10%)
Lead operational benchmarking initiatives and conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends, root causes, and areas for optimization, including patient access. (10%)
Provide timely and accurate data and analytical support for strategic initiatives, special projects, and ad-hoc requests, translating complex business questions into data-driven solutions. (10%)

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare, or related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.
10 years of experience in Finance and/or Provider Operations.
5 years with Management or Leadership Role.
Preferred
Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare, or related field

$106.11Base pay is determined by a variety of factors including a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expected contributions, as well as internal peer equity, market, and business considerations.
