JOB SUMMARY

This job develops and executes impactful communication strategies that drive network growth and retention. You will collaborate extensively with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Service, etc.) and leadership to develop and deliver engaging materials across multiple channels (email, print, digital) to educate and support our nationwide provider network. You'll analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our communication processes.

This role is looking for someone who has preferably Medicaid and healthcare experience.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provider Communication Strategy & Execution: Create and implement comprehensive communication strategies across multiple channels (email, print, digital newsletters, etc.) to effectively reach and engage providers. This includes designing and delivering engaging content such as presentations, training programs, and reference materials. Act as a subject matter expert for vendors, managing related communications.  May  analyze legislation to develop targeted provider education campaigns.

  • Project Management & Performance Analysis: Manage and execute large-scale cross-functional projects, from planning and execution to completion, adhering to budgets and timelines. This encompasses analyzing provider data and communication campaign performance, identifying trends, proactively mitigating potential problems, and creating reports with recommendations for improvement.

  • Process Improvement & Training: Identify and resolve process inefficiencies to improve overall operational effectiveness. Develop and implement new policies and procedures.  May provide  training to stakeholders on these updates.

  • Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with leadership, subject matter experts, and various stakeholders to understand and address provider communication needs. Create communications and/or ensure adherence to contractual obligations with  vendors and partners.

  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

EXPERIENCE

Required

  • 3 year of experience in communication, marketing, or related experience

  • 1 year of experience in project management


Preferred

  • Experience with healthcare or dental insurance provider networks and strategy, terminology, contracting, etc.

  • Experience in process design and improvement

  • Experience in regulatory compliance

  • Experience in training and development

  • Experience with graphics and file formats

SKILLS

  • Advanced written & verbal communication & presentation skills

  • Content creation & strategy development

  • Basic project management (timeline & budget management)

  • Process improvement identification & recommendation

  • Stakeholder management

EDUCATION

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/management, marketing, communications, liberal arts, health policy or related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.
