JOB SUMMARY

As Lead Financial Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to the FP&A Manager and business leaders across our organization. Your primary focus will be developing actionable financial insights through thoughtful analysis, reliable forecasting, and skilled data interpretation. You will lead financial reporting initiatives, present key deliverables to senior leadership, and provide recommendations that inform critical business decisions. The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise with leadership abilities to transform financial data into initiatives that deliver practical business outcomes.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Analysis & Strategy

  • Drive comprehensive financial modeling and scenario analysis to support key business decisions
  • Develop and maintain dynamic forecasting models that anticipate market changes and business needs
  • Identify revenue optimization opportunities and cost-saving initiatives through data-driven analysis
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders
  • Lead variance analysis with meaningful context to help leadership understand performance trends

Reporting & Communication

  • Design and deliver impactful financial presentations that tell a compelling story behind the numbers
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial implications are considered in strategic planning
  • Build relationships across departments to gain deeper business understanding and improve financial insights
  • Present financial recommendations with confidence to executive leadership
  • Mentor junior analysts and elevate the analytical capabilities of the entire finance team

Process & Systems Leadership

  • Champion continuous improvement of financial processes to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Lead special projects that enhance financial visibility and decision-making capabilities
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Collaborate with IT/data teams to optimize financial systems and data structures
  • Proactively identify and resolve data integrity issues before they impact business decisions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree
  • 7 - 10 years of related progress experience in Accounting and/or Finance including experience in leading projects of varying size and complexity

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • CPA and/or MBA credentials strongly preferred
  • Experience with SaaS business models and/or health technology sectors
  • Proficiency with Oracle financial systems (ERP, EPM, SmartView, Narrative Reporting)
  • Advanced proficiency with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
