Job Description :
Provides front desk support for the facility. Provides a first impression for all who visit of extraordinary
customer service. Answers phones, greets visitors, distributes mail, copies and faxes, signs for packages and various general administrative duties.
- Operates telephone to answer, screen and/or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments. (40%)
- Greets persons entering facility, determines nature and purpose of visit, and directs or escorts them to specific destinations. (30%)
- Performs administrative support tasks, such as filing, maintaining records and information/document transmission. (10%)
- Collects, sorts, distributes and prepares incoming and outgoing mail. (10%)
- Provides information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided. (10%)
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
- High school diploma or GED; or one – three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Experience with various computer software programs.
- 0-1 years’ experience.
