Job Description :
The job will be considered the enterprise’s core subject matter expert and thought leader on attracting, retaining and developing talent. Will bring external best practices to inform enterprise-wide talent policy and program decisions and push towards world-class performance. The position will be responsible for designing and developing enterprise wide talent strategy. The incumbent will provide deep expertise on enterprise strategies including partnership with the talent engagement leads, HR Marketplace and Journey leads through sharing of knowledge of best practices. Leverage data to monitor performance metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement or enhancement, informed by industry leading edge practices, and provide insight on new regulations and legislation impacting talent.
- Research external talent trends and understanding implications and value to the enterprise.
- Define integrated talent strategy and programs aligned to company strategies.
- Recognizes internal patterns across business and recommends solutions.
- Synthesizes and clearly communicate insights.
- Negotiate and manage vendors.
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Business
- 10 years of Talent acquisition laws, regulations and best practices
- 10 years of Talent Management best practices
- 10 years of Organizational and Leadership development best practices
- Strategy Development
