This role is part of a team that designs large-scale change strategies to incorporate cultural transformation across multiple business processes and/or functions, leveraging a flexible and scalable Readiness & Adoption (R&A) methodology. They play a key role in the success of organizational change which could include, business processes, technologies, operating model, and organizational structures. Foster relationships with strategic partners responsible for influencing and/or cultivating the change approach and/or delivery. Primarily, this role develops comprehensive change strategies by analyzing current state, learning the business, and understanding the future state vision. They primarily engage with senior leaders on the design and must engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
In order to be successful in this role, the incumbent develops the R&A strategy for cross-functional, enterprise, and transformation projects and determine the appropriate delivery method in-line with the Enterprise Change support model. They coach/advise leaders on the change. The incumbent supports the growth of the change community of practice to be a strategic partner in executing change with consistency. Lastly, they work across multiple engagements concurrently and gain exposure across multiple functions and businesses within the enterprise.
This role provides coaching on R&A and guidance within the organization. Utilizes best practices while learning and growing with each project implemented. They focus on people-related tasks, enabling teams to launch key initiatives successfully, adopts it widely and realize business value.
Strategy Design: Responsible for designing and presenting change strategies for large-scale transformation initiatives following the R&A methodology. Develop change management strategy for projects and/or change initiatives following R&A methodology. Based on size and scale of change, determine the implementation resourcing structure and support in-line with the Enterprise Change operating model.
Project Engagement: Engage with senior leaders on the design and engage with employees at all levels of the organization. Define success metrics and measure performance and adoption against these. Assess impacts, manage resistance, identify risks & risk mitigation tactics, and engage leaders in mitigation strategies.
Coaching and Influence: Serve as a thought partner and coach to leaders at all levels in the organization to support alignment and change delivery. Proactively influence leaders to identify and secure talent/resources needed for change implementation. Coach and/or lead change management work streams with a structured methodology / process. Provide coaching and training to employees at all levels.
Thought Leadership: Actively participate in and support the change community of practice. Collaborate with Content and Community Team on execution and governance of change content. Regularly review content to ensure accuracy, alignment with brand standards and applicability to strategy/operations. Build relationships and networks with internal partners.
Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Behavior/Organizational Change Studies, Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, or related field
Master's Degree in Organizational Behavior/Organizational Change Studies, Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, or related field
7 years in Change Management consulting, practicing and strategy
3 years of working in a very large organization, in leadership and coaching or of strategizing, planning, and deploying change in a large organization OR in Project Management or Communications
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS
Change or project management certification
LANGUAGES (other than English)
