This job manages the overall strategic partnership growth for our current and future Plan Partners. The incumbent has responsibility for the overall approach to (and execution of) new sales and overall Strategic Partnership membership growth. Our Partner Plans, as the Organization's “clients”, are our largest, most complex and most prestigious clients. Expectations of this role are profitable growth and sustainable partnerships.
Responsible for growing existing partnership business while partnering with internal stakeholders to drive profitability and revenue for the organization. This position is heavily leveraged on new sales as well as total market growth goals.
Work strategically at all levels of management often focused on the C Suite level within the partnership to develop clear, strategic value propositions for existing business and more importantly future business.
Manage the priorities of the Partnership client while serving as leader, advocator and mentor to staff internally who support the ongoing management of business within the Partner market. This position has strong relationships that can be leveraged with the Organization's Finance, clinical, operational, project management, strategic teams in order to manage large scale change and initiate projects in a manner that demonstrates leadership.
Manage sales strategy for new growth and supplemental lines of business (dental, vision, productivity management, advanced care management concepts, casualty products).
Other duties as assigned or requested.
