TEAM MANAGER, IT

HM Health Solutions Inc., headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, has a work-at-home Team Manager, IT position (with the ability to telecommute with appropriate telecommuting systems).  Manage activities of various IT personnel.  Responsible for the oversight of daily operations.  Control expenses within the operating unit and responsible for meeting budget goals.  Involved in the coordination, implementation, problem solving, communication, and training of new technologies and processes, as they are developed and moved into environment.

Must have a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering, or directly related field plus two (2) years of experience in a related position.  Alternate requirement: bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering, or directly related field plus five (5) years of post-baccalaureate, progressively responsible experience in a related position.

Must have two (2) years of experience (can be concurrent) with: (i) DB2; (ii) RENO/OSCAR; (iii) Rational Tools; and (iv) Agile Software Development Methodology.
