Job Description : 

GENERAL OVERVIEW:

Manages and controls the storeroom. Plans and executes the acquisition of the replacement parts, returns, exchanges, repairs and loaners.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Order replacement supplies as needed as well as process orders, requisitions and invoices in a timely manner for depot repairs, part, return and loaners. (50%)
  • Maintains the storeroom to take advantage of new usage patterns, replacement of products, and updates the additions and deletions to the inventory. (20%)
  • Establishes and maintains a storeroom system while tracking transactions and keeping accurate records. (20%)
  • Provides inventory control and clerical support to the department as needed. (10%)
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum

  • High school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Supply Management or related experience and a minimum of 2 years computer experience.

Preferred

  • Associate's Degree.
