SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

This job has the goal of providing the opportunity to acquire practical clinical and population health analytics experience through direct exposure to the related business line(s). The program will provide hands-on training and experience in the business line, expose the various career opportunities in the business line and related areas, and prepare participants for positions in the business.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

Bachelor’s degree.
Pursuance of a graduate degree full or part-time in an accredited college or university. 


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 

  • Support the development, execution, and interpretation of clinical and population health analyses, metrics and reports.
  • Use clinical, member, financial and administrative data to identify, develop and/or monitor actionable opportunities for improving health and healthcare outcomes and clinical quality and costs of care.
  • Establish collaborative relationships and communication with internal and external clinical, administrative, operational, and technical stakeholders to ensure analytics are actionable and aligned with organizational strategic priorities, needs, plans and resources.
  • Undertake and/or participate in projects and programs designed to develop professional skills and expertise appropriate to the needs of the organization. 
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
