JOB SUMMARY

This job collaborates across client teams and is responsible for uncovering, synthesizing, analyzing and presenting critical information, supporting the team to identify insights and shape recommendations. Beyond the fact base, form a clear point of view to share back with team and the client. This incumbent provides support to the Enterprise Effectiveness team in providing day to day client service and analytical support. This job is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to business units in a supporting Service Team role.   

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ownership of end to end analysis requests, including advising on data nuances, providing suggestions on methodology, and preserving the security and integrity of the data.
  • Define the design and layout of each analysis, interfacing with the client to ensure data accuracy and quality, performing market research and data analysis.
  • Support client and customer immersion activities, including stakeholder interviews, market research, customer and branding experience audits.
  • Create compelling presentations with a solid point of view, whether in PowerPoint slides or other formats.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering or Similar.

EXPERIENCE

Required

  • 1 year in Strategy, Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, or Human Capital Practice in a Consulting firm or other professional environment OR
  • 3 years of Organizational Development / General Management

  • 3 years of working in complex, matrixed environments or working in/across multiple business
  • 3 years in the Healthcare/Insurance, Consumer or Retail Industry

SKILLS

  • Ability to synthesize analysis, recommend actions and prioritize next steps 
  • Demonstrate ability to exercise initiative, independent judgment, and be a self-starter.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficient in PowerPoint 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to use complex and interrelated data to generate insights
