Job Description : 

Highmark Health, headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA has a work-at-home Finance Leadership Development Program Associate position (with the ability to telecommute with appropriate telecommuting systems; the remote worksite must be within commuting distance of Pittsburgh, PA for weekly trips to the corporate office) responsible for performing financial analysis and accounting duties as well as leading short and medium-term duration projects.  Specific duties include: (i) collecting source data as well as designing and building analyses, trends, and forecasting reports; (ii) identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends and patterns in complex data sets; (iii) developing processes, tools, and templates to enable efficient, accurate, and standardized data analyses; and (iv) developing and distributing training materials as well as hosting learning sessions to transfer knowledge to end users.

Must have a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration plus two (2) years of experience in a finance-related position.

Experience must include: (i) two (2) years with financial analysis; (ii) two (2) years with financial accounting and reporting; (iii) two (2) years with financial planning and budgeting; and (iv) one (1) year with project management.

Must have any experience with or knowledge of data analysis and visualization.

Experience can be concurrent.
