Job Description : 

HM Health Solutions Inc. d/b/a enGen in Camp Hill, PA has a work-at-home Platform Resolution Analyst position (with the ability to telecommute with appropriate telecommuting systems; the remote worksite must be within commuting distance of Camp Hill, PA for weekly trips to the corporate office) responsible for solving complex system problems using available technology including hardware, software, databases, and peripherals.  Specific duties include: (i) creating and running queries using SQL and utilizing applications to review files; (ii) reviewing various reports to identify and correct system issues; and (iii) researching, analyzing, developing, and re-engineering systems.

Must have a bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field plus three (3) years of experience in a related position.

Must have three (3) years of experience with each of the following: (i) reviewing existing requirement documentation to diagnose system issues, specifically Supplementary Specifications, Use Cases, and User Stories; and (ii) resolving customer-submitted service requests, including root cause analysis and systematic workarounds.

Must have one (1) year of IT experience in healthcare or the health insurance industry.

Must have any experience: (i) analyzing system use, system performance, and general procedures; (ii) identifying incoming and outgoing dependencies for data flows to perform impact analysis; (iii) prioritizing work items and planning daily and weekly resolution cycles; and (iv) SQL.

Experience can be concurrent.
