Job Description : 


The HVAC Technician Senior is responsible for the operation, maintenance and repairs of all HVAC, mechanical systems and equipment.


  • Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, pneumatics, electric controls, building automation and medical gas systems.
  • Perform or coordinate all inspections, preventative maintenance and general maintenance duties as required.
  • Coordinate with all outside vendors to ensure proper equipment installation or repairs of the Health Center.
  • Oversee the daily work order system for the Health Center.
  • Participates in Department of Health ( DOH ) Life/Safety inspections and surveys.
  • Maintain all Life/Safety and maintenance documentation.
  • Coordinate and participate in off hours emergencies and inspections as needed.
  • All other duties as assigned.



  • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • eLearning (CBT), Internet email software, Microsoft Outlook
  • Valid Driver's License
