Job Description :
This job is responsible for the physical and remote delivery and ongoing support of network and voice infrastructure systems. Utilizing a ticketing system, candidate will perform break/fix and request resolution for equipment and/or end users. Candidate is expected to perform tasks including, but not limited to, remote and on-site troubleshooting, software upgrades, equipment ordering and storage, vendor escalations, and equipment testing. Provides intermediate support and analysis for the organizations infrastructure systems and peripheral equipment, such as media gateways, desk phones, voicemail systems, network switches, network cabling, headsets, VOIP software, firewalls, VPN, and more.
This role requires a minimum of one day in the Camp Hill, PA office. Additional office time may be needed as workload requires.
- Perform operational support of IT Infrastructure technology including, but not limited to, network, security, messaging, storage, voice, etc.
- Perform analysis and resolve problems to restore normal IT Infrastructure operational levels.
- Complete project tasks to enable the on time, within budget and scope delivery of IT Infrastructure projects.
- Assure compliance to required standards, procedures, guidelines and processes.
- Other duties as assigned or requested.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of experience in Information Technology
- Any experience with Avaya and Cisco products would be ideal
