JOB SUMMARY

The Treasury Banking Analyst assists the Cash & Liquidity team with corporate banking administration.  The banking analyst will communicate with banks, internal customers and team members regarding transactions issues, bank services, projects and bank portal access.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend operations meetings as banking SME.  Based on scope of work,  identify internal banking needs, identify integral technical contacts, project managers, stakeholders  and SMEs that will participate on  weekly bank project calls.  Provide bank with all needed documents and paperwork prior to project kickoff. Attend all project calls as the banking representative.  Serve as single point of contact between bank and project team for escalated project issues.
  • Maintain up to date bank account information such as signers, KYC and Beneficial Owner Certificate Information.   Requests bank letters, complete vendor setup forms, order bank deposit bags and maintain bank portal access for more than 800 users at 10 banks.
  • Review and monitor any mandates that will impact enterprise operations.  Provide input relating to NACHA mandates to Internal Audit and Risk.  Complete and maintain copies of all vendor PCI compliance questionnaires that are required by merchant service vendors.  Assist with all PCI compliance audits. 
  • Serve as the central point of contact for merchant service account setup for both Highmark and AHN.   Make recommendations to business units relating to products and services that promote efficiency.   Coordinate all implementations between merchant service vendor and internal customers.
  • Test various internal controls relating to NACHA and MAR.  Maintain documentation and support of testing for internal audit's review process.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

  • 3 years Institutional Banking Experience

  • Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Finance, Marketing
