Job Description : 

Highmark Health, headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA has a work-at-home Senior Consultant position (with the ability to telecommute with appropriate telecommuting systems; the remote worksite must be within commuting distance of Pittsburgh, PA for weekly trips to the corporate office) to be responsible for driving customer value through client-facing advisory and delivery services in support of HM Health Solutions' product offerings.  Responsibilities include: (i) gathering data; (ii) analyzing, identifying, and problem solving from information sets; and (iii) developing client-specific requirements, standard operating procedures, functional roles and responsibilities, process flow, and user guides.

Must have a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Management Information Science, Health Administration, Computer Science, or related field plus three (3) years of consulting experience.

Experience must include two (2) years with each of the following: (i) in the healthcare/insurance industry; (ii) technical platform delivery; and (iii) program/project management.

Must also have any experience: (i) engaging, influencing, and advising senior executive leaders; and (ii) working in complex matrixed environments.

Experience can be concurrent.

Must be able and willing to travel to client locations up to 80%.
