Job Description : 

HM Health Solutions Inc. d/b/a enGen, headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, has a work-at-home Senior Portfolio Analyst position (with the ability to telecommute with appropriate telecommuting systems) to be responsible for supporting consulting and technical services to internal and external customers across the Highmark enterprise.  Specific duties include: (i) providing guidance and expert advice to management or other groups on technical, systems, or process-related topics; (ii) tracking portfolios and reporting key metrics around financial performance, benefits and value levers, portfolio health, and strategic alignment; and (iii) assessing the impact of strategic plans to ongoing or pending initiatives as well as coordinating required adjustments to ensure alignment with company strategy.

Must have a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field plus five (5) years of post-baccalaureate and progressively responsible experience in a related position.

Experience must include (can be concurrent): (i) three (3) years in the health insurance industry; (ii) three (3) years with the Microsoft office suite (including Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams); (iii) two (2) years with data analysis; and (iv) two (2) years with program and project management, including customer-facing experience.
