Job Description : 

The Senior Consultant is a skilled management consultant across all levels that helps serve clients in standing up and executing transformation across a range of industries.  The senior consultant is a core delivery team member within our consulting organization.  They have a proven ability to lead small projects or workstreams independently, guide other team members, and bring insights to their project work. They have deep experience leading and driving change in a structured while owning key portions of project delivery. They help drive transformation holistically for organizations across the dimensions of structure, digital, and culture. Additionally, they help influence and drive the strategy and partner with clients, consulting with them to develop transformation solutions that are actionable and sustainable. 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive across all aspects of engagement delivery, under the direction of the client service lead, including gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, developing recommendations, building reports and deliverables, presenting findings and recommendations to client managers and executives.
  • Actively expand consulting and professional skills through client interactions, mentoring, and formal learning.
  • Support internal practice building efforts including talent recruiting, talent development, intellectual property development, marketing and branding activities, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering or similar, AND  5 years Management experience in  Strategy, Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, or Human Capital    

OR

  • Master's Degree AND 2 years in Post-Graduate Degree Experience in Strategy, Operations, Mergers and Acquisitions, or Human Capital Practice in a Consulting firm Environment;

Preferred

  • Master’s in Business or related field
