JOB SUMMARY

This Information Technology (IT) position will actively participate in the design, analysis and testing of automated solutions via a number of technologies. Primary focus is Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software.

The RPA Process Designer/Analyst is responsible for participating in the design, analysis, testing, hyper care and production support for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and intelligent automation solutions for a wide range of business processes and process improvement opportunities.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for working with the process subject matter experts to analyze, document and design the RPA automation.  Very detailed process analysis required.
  • Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to document detailed requirements and design workflows to build, optimize and enhance integrations and automations.
  • Work with partners to flush out new automation opportunities and establish strong ROI for all automations.
  • Assure the Subject Matter expert, RPA developer and support teams are aligning to dates and delivering working RPA solutions on time.  Includes overall automation planning and oversight.
  • Assist with the development of acceptance criteria, test plan development and testing support.
  • Provides initial production implementation hyper care support and ongoing production support.
  • Drive the design of RPA operational monitoring dashboards to track automation operational transactional processing and automation process saves.
  • Support RPA Controller activities as necessary to include scheduling management, environment management and oversight of overall RPA environment health.
  • Expected to maintain technical expertise via self-education in areas governing computer sciences and process automation.
  • The applicant must have the ability to adapt to change and easily switch context in a dynamic environment.
  • Contribute to a highly productive work environment by striving for excellence through managing to expectations, following and/or improving on established work procedures and methodology and responding to information flow in a timely manner. 

EDUCATION

Minimum

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, or related field

Substitutions

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS Software Engineering, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3 years of high-quality application Agile SDLC analysis & testing experience.
  • At least 1 years of experience with process automation development with any tooling.  Automation Anywhere preferred.
  • Demonstrated functional test experience including test analysis.

SKILLS

  • Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills.  Strong attention to detail.
  • At least 2 years of experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System(s) Testing, including UAT and Bug management.
  • Strong teamwork and willing to provide extra support to the team as needed.
  • Experience with one or more Automation technologies with Automation Anywhere preferred.
  • Professional experience with Business Process Analysis as well as programming (including scripting /coding), SQL and relational databases, and application development a plus.
  • Knowledge of XML is a plus.
  • Should be able to prioritize and manage Multiple Portfolios of work.
  • Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma process methodologies a plus.
  • Strong self-organization and self-management skills, with emphasis on self-initiation and follow through.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of Health Care Insurance Industry & data standards (e.g.: HIPAA) considered a plus.
  • Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts a plus.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
