JOB SUMMARY

This job is responsible for collaborating with internal partners to ensure consistency of style, guidelines and format, of authoring and updating end user documentation. Owns the guidelines and review of documented content for consistency across the procedure catalog. Ensures consistency across content and training curriculum. Manages peer review and documentation quality review processes prior to documentation sharing with customers. 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain style and guideline protocol for end user documentation. 
  • Ensure consistency and review of end user and training documentation.
  • Facilitate peer review and quality review of documentation.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with partners across the organization regarding standardization and compliance.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

EDUCATION

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Strategic Development, Communications, PR or related field

Substitutions

  • 6 years of relevant, progressive experience in lieu of degree

EXPERIENCE

Required

  • 3 years of Document Control and  Quality

Preferred

  • 3 years of Healthcare/Health Insurance Industry

SKILLS

  • Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge regarding healthcare products, benefits, health programs and systems is essential
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Effective written/oral communications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
