JOB SUMMARY

This job is responsible for supporting development of and executing the Lumevity marketing content plan, including vision, event and published content production.  The incumbent is responsible for Lumevity social media channels, and audience strategy as well as content creation support.  Develops marketing materials, ensuring all required deadlines are being met while continuing to adhere to current processes.  Reviews, quality checks and edits copy;  collaborates with designers, copywriters, and production to produce printed, electronic and digital communications.  Reviews and edits complex technical information and business goals to translate that information into promotional and informational materials that will be understood and effective for specific audiences.  Plans and executes social and other community-building strategies in alignment with marketing plans and business objectives.  


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting development of and execute the Lumevity marketing content plan, including vision, event and published content production.  Ensure all required deadlines are being met while adhering to current processes.
  • Responsible for Lumevity social media channels, audience strategy and content calendar planning and execution.  Plans and executes social and other community-building strategies in alignment with marketing plans can business objectives.
  • Reviews and edits complex technical information and business goals to translate that information into promotional and informational materials that will be understood and effective for specific audiences.  
  • Reviews, quality checks and edits copy to improve flow, tone and readability;  collaborates with designers, copywriters, and production to produce printed, electronic and digital communications.    
  • Other operational and planning needs that evolve as the business scales.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.


EDUCATION


Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, English or Marketing with concentration in Business communications, or a related communications field


Substitutions

  • 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree


Preferred

  • Master's Degree

EXPERIENCE


Required

  • 7 years in Communications or related field

Preferred

  • 3 years in Marketing, Editing, or Publishing
  • Agency Experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot or any Account or CRM based Marketing
