HM Health Solutions Inc., headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, has a work-at-home Associate Business Architect position (with the ability to telecommute with appropriate telecommuting systems; the remote worksite must be within commuting distance of Pittsburgh, PA for weekly trips to the corporate office) to be responsible for assisting with defining, preparing and modeling current and future state business process flows that can be used in future analysis to extend and mature the business architecture and perform gap analysis.  Specific duties include: (i) participating in interviews and facilitating meetings with business partners to derive and validate business process models and recommend operational efficiencies controls and quality; (ii) acting as a liaison conveying information needs of the business to IT and data constraints to the business; and (iii) assisting with developing and applying a structured business architecture strategy and methodology in relation to platforms and technology based on individual business area needs and strategic direction.

Must have a bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Information Technology, Information Systems Management, or related field plus one (1) year of experience in a related position.

Must have any experience: (i) supporting systems platforms or with the system development lifecycle; (ii) with project management, including project plans, objectives, developing test scenarios and cases, strategies, cost/benefit analysis, timeline, and risk analysis; and (iii) with business process modeling products, including (but not limited to) Microsoft Visio.
