Company :Highmark Health
Job Description :
Lumevity is reinventing how companies drive transformation to achieve meaningful financial impact and sustainable culture change. We have found that all too often companies (and typical consulting firms) focus on financial outcomes leading to unsustainable results and a disengaged workforce or on culture outcomes that may lead to engagement with no real business benefit quickly losing the attention and focus of leadership - few focus on both. Born out of a transformation initiative at Highmark Health, Lumevity is a new business bringing this unique formula and approach of combining operational and culture change to other companies. If you are someone who has proven you can "be a professional sales hunter and make it rain" and this sounds interesting, we invite you to join us! Find out more at www.lumevity.com.
