The Lumevity team is looking for Head of Sales to join our scrappy (and growing!) organization.   Our mission is to help companies annihilate inefficiency while freeing their people and capital to create the remarkable. We do this by delivering support in setting up large scale business transformation or by performing consulting projects that optimize operating models, drive automation, and employ agile to radically simplify, digitize, and improve how work is done while increasing employee engagement along the way.   Our Head of Sales is a critical role that will help us identify, build relationships with, and ultimately sell our services and solutions to companies across industry.

The incumbent will have a proven track record of "first chair sales" of professional services typically as a partner (or partner level) at a top management consulting, audit, legal, or other professional services firm.  To succeed in this job, the incumbent will require a relentless focus on building relationships and closing sales while also supporting as a key leader in a small but growing business.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and prioritize sales pipeline.
  • Utilize existing or build new relationships to start sales dialog at C-Suite level (i.e., CEO, COO, CFO, or BU President) for Lumevity services.
  • Manage all aspects of sale including scoping, contracting, pricing.
  • Partner with Head of Delivery to ensure strong relationship management through service and solution delivery and identification of follow-on opportunities.
  • Ensure all reporting and customer relationship management entries are accurate and timely.
  • Build relationships and strengthen individual (and Lumevity) brand through speaking events, eminence development etc.
  • Other duties as assigned or requested.
