GENERAL OVERVIEW:
Develops, administers, and designs employee health services and programs for the Network that improve the health and safety for all employees. Assures that the services provided are consistent with the Network's mission, vision, values, and state/Federal requirements.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads day-to-day operations of the employee health services department for the Network and ensures consistent compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Develops, implements, monitors, and evaluates employee health services for continual improvement using relevant metrics and methods to optimize process efficiency while improving the customer experience.
- Develops and maintains a high performing team with the skills necessary to deliver high quality services.
- Develops training and provides consulting to leadership to drive effective and efficient prevention of employee injuries and exposures.
- Establishes strategic direction for employee health programs that ensure a safe and healthy workforce for the Network.
- Develops and manages employee health budget in alignment with Network financial strategies.
- Plans and coordinates ongoing education programs for healthcare workers to reduce the risk of work-related injuries and/or illness.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum
- Bachelor's degree
- RN Licensure
- 5 years healthcare management experience in employee health, occupational health, or infection prevention
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related healthcare field
- Master's degree
