JOB SUMMARY
The Associate Contract Manager Analyst supports the management and monitoring of partner plan service agreements. This role assists in overseeing contracts and related performance, proactively monitors contract terms, and supports the coordination with internal stakeholders. The Associate Analyst aids in defining contract amendments, additional statements of work (SOWs), and supports the contract administration infrastructure.
The ideal candidate for this role will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Camp HIll, PA - this will be a hybrid based role in those locations.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Help manage the administration of contracts and agreements, including participating in client contract definition and finalization activities.
Aid in defining amendments and additional SOWs, ensuring business owners review financial and commercial terms.
Support the execution and implementation of contract amendments and changes to contract documents.
Support the coordination and communication with internal legal, finance, and other departments for contract-related tasks.
Assist in the review, maintenance, and improvement of contract administration policies and procedures.
Assist in monitoring in-scope contracts and agreements, tracking key terms, and identifying potential issues.
Other duties as assigned or requested.
EXPERIENCE
Required
2 years of experience in contract administration, legal support, or a related analytical role (including internships).
Preferred
Experience in client management and working with VP level leadership.
Experience with contract management software or databases.
Familiarity with the healthcare industry or insurance sector.
SKILLS
Basic understanding of contract terminology and principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
EDUCATION
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.
